Meet your Retreat Hosts - Tarsha & Tahlia
Nourished Ground Retreats was born from a simple but powerful knowing, that women need places to exhale.
Places where they don’t have to hold everything together, where their nervous systems can soften, and where they are nourished, seen, supported and gently restored.
Founded by Tarsha Stanton of Nourished Ground, Nourished Ground Retreats is a sanctuary for women and mothers, a space to step out of the noise of modern life and return to what truly matters: presence, connection, nourishment, movement, rest and belonging.
Rooted in the Adelaide Hills, each retreat is intentionally intimate, slow and deeply held. Every gathering is designed to feel like a deep breath, combining grounding movement, nourishing food, gentle education, meaningful connection and spacious rest.
Tarsha is joined by retreat partner Tahlia — a registered nurse born and raised in the Adelaide Hills, with a deep grounding in women’s health, family care and nervous system support. A mother of two, she brings a calm, clinical yet deeply nurturing presence to every space she holds.
Tarsha is a holistic women’s health and wellness practitioner, former primary school teacher, and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). She guides women through nourishment, rhythm, lifestyle healing and embodied restoration. A mother of three, she brings intuitive care, structure and soulful guidance into the sanctuary experience.
Together, Tarsha and Tahlia hold each retreat with warmth, intention and respect for the season women are in — creating a space that feels less like an event and more like being gently cared for.
