Meet Tarsha

Nourished Ground was born from lived experience — not theory.

From a woman who knows what it feels like to carry a lot, love deeply, and give endlessly.

My name is Tarsha Stanton, founder of Nourished Ground — a sanctuary-style space supporting women through nourishment, nervous system care and gentle lifestyle restoration.

Holistic living was woven into my life from a young age. I was raised in an environment where nourishment, natural rhythms and body awareness were simply part of everyday living. Many of the principles I now share were familiar long before they had names — shaping how I understand health, energy and emotional wellbeing. What once felt like “normal life” has become a meaningful foundation for the work I do today.

That foundation deepened through my own healing journey — learning how to regulate my nervous system through different seasons, honour my rhythms, rebuild my energy and care for my body in a way that felt gentle, grounded and sustainable. Nourished Ground grew from this lived experience, created so women and mothers could receive the kind of support I once needed myself.

Today, I am a holistic women’s health and wellness practitioner and coach, a former primary school teacher, and currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy). I am also a mother of three and a wife — deeply familiar with the seasons of motherhood, the emotional load, nervous system depletion, identity shifts, and the quiet longing to feel like yourself again.

My work weaves together nourishment, lifestyle rhythm, emotional safety, nervous system care and intuitive guidance. It is not about rigid protocols or perfection — it is about creating safety in the body and helping women reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

Whether you arrive here for one-on-one support, a Healing Phase, a Reset, Continuity Care, or a retreat experience, you are entering a space built with intention, education, compassion and deep respect for your body, your story and your season.

This is not about fixing you.

It is about holding you — and reminding you who you truly are.

And you are so welcome here.
