BLOOM

A Spring Morning

A morning to soften, nourish and come back to yourself.

Sunday 20 September 2026 · 9am–12pm

St Stephen’s, Uraidla · Adelaide Hills

Spring asks something different of us.

After the inwardness of winter, BLOOM is an invitation to gently emerge.

To move your body.

To eat beautiful food.

To create with your hands.

To sit amongst women.

To make space for what wants to grow next.

Join us for an intimate spring morning in the Adelaide Hills, bringing the Nourished Ground pillars of regulation, nourishment and rhythm to life through movement, sound, seasonal food, flowers and connection.

Nothing to achieve.

Nothing to perfect.

Just three beautiful hours to be nourished.

YOUR MORNING

MOVE + SOFTEN

We’ll begin with beautiful, grounding gentle yoga and sound experience guided by Alicia from Hello Haum.

An opportunity to arrive, land in your body and soften into the morning ahead.

No yoga experience needed.

Just come as you are.

NOURISH

From there, we’ll gather for a seasonal Nourished Ground morning tea with beautiful local, organic and seasonal food, thoughtfully prepared and shared together.

Together, we’ll explore spring through the Nourished Ground lens… nourishment, regulation and finding rhythm in the season you’re in.

No rules. No optimisation.

Just simple, grounded wellbeing that fits into a full life.

CREATE + CONNECT

Then, we bloom.

Abby from Bunch by Abby will guide us through a beautiful spring Bloom Bar experience, surrounded by seasonal flowers, colour and creativity.

You’ll create your own blooms to take home… a little piece of the morning to keep.

And woven through it all is space.

Space to talk.
To laugh.
To meet someone new.
To enjoy beautiful surroundings.
To simply be amongst women.

BLOOM, by Nourished Ground

Regulation · Nourishment · Rhythm

BLOOM is an expression of the Nourished Ground philosophy — that feeling well doesn’t need to become another thing to perfect.

It can look like slowing down.

Eating food that truly nourishes you.

Moving your body in ways that feel supportive.

Living a little more in rhythm with yourself and the season you’re in.

For women who want to feel well, without making wellness their whole life.

A morning for you.

A morning to bloom.

COME AS YOU ARE

You don’t need to be good at yoga.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm, rested or put together.

You can come exactly as you are.

BLOOM is for the woman who has been giving a lot, holding a lot, or simply feeling the pull to make a little more space for herself.

There is nothing to achieve here.

Just a beautiful spring morning to move, eat, create, connect — and come back to yourself.
